Each year all the children from Kindergarten toYear 6 enter a painting in the Hawkesbury Show. Congratulations to all the children for their wonderful paintings in the Hawkesbury Show.
In 2012, three children were awarded Commended Certificates for their wonderful paintings: Nicholas for his painting “The Circus”, Carly for her painting “Colour my World” and Sage for her painting “Australian Farmer of the Year”.
Eight children won awards at the Hawkesbury Show in 2011. Meika, in Year 2, won third place in the infants section for her wonderful painting. Korah, Kyah, Lara, Summer, Kiara, Maci and Elyssa were each awarded a ‘Commended’ award.
In 2010, Gen was awarded a Highly Commended Certificate for her painting of the Hawkesbury.
In 2009, three of our children won awards at the Show. Indy in Kindergarten was awarded second place in the infants section for his wonderful painting of Colourful Fireworks; Jess was awarded second place for her wonderful painting of Dancing at the Show in the senior primary section and Lily O was awarded a Highly Commended Award for her terrific painting of The Biggest Lolipop – Yummy!
In 2008, two of our children were awarded major awards: Chris was awarded Second Place in the Infants section; Arohaina was awarded Third Place in the Upper Primary section. Both Arohaina and Chris won a ribbon and a certificate. Well done, children!
